Our Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
a. “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Borderless Income Mentorship Limited.
b. “Participant,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual who enrolls in or accesses the mentorship program.
c. “Mentorship Program” refers to the educational trading mentorship, including live trading sessions, instructional materials, and related services.
d. “Live Trading Sessions” refers to scheduled sessions conducted between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM (GMT+1) during which trades, analysis, or educational content may be shared.
e. “Mentorship Fee” refers to the total amount paid by the participant for enrollment in the mentorship program.
2. Nature of Services
2.1 The mentorship program is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, portfolio management, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
2.2 All content, examples, and discussions provided during the mentorship program are intended solely to support trading education and skill development.
2.3 The Company does not act as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial representative on behalf of any participant.
3 Risk Disclosure
3.1 Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of part or all of a participant’s capital.
3.2 Past performance, trade examples, or educational demonstrations are not indicative of future results.
3.3 Participants acknowledge that trading outcomes vary based on individual decision-making, market conditions, execution, and risk management.
3.4 By enrolling in the mentorship program, participants accept full responsibility for their trading decisions and outcomes.
4. Participant Responsibilities
4.1 Participants agree to use the mentorship program solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate records of their trades and attendance where required for verification purposes.
4.3 Participants agree not to redistribute, resell, record, or share mentorship materials, live sessions, or proprietary content without prior written consent from the Company.
4.4 Participants must not misrepresent their trading activity, attendance, or compliance with program requirements.
5. Access Attendance and Conduct
5.1 Access to live trading sessions and mentorship materials is granted only to enrolled participants for the duration of their active mentorship period.
5.2 Attendance at live trading sessions may be monitored and recorded for quality assurance, compliance, and verification purposes.
5.3 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a participant’s access to the mentorship program for misconduct, violation of these Terms, or behavior that disrupts the learning environment.
5.4 Termination for cause may result in forfeiture of eligibility for refunds under the Refund Policy.
6. Refund Policy and Money-Back Guarantee
6.1 Money-Back Guarantee
The mentorship program includes a six (6) month money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions set forth in this section. This guarantee is intended to provide participants with confidence in the educational services offered and does not constitute a guarantee of profits or trading success.
6.2 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to request a refund under the money-back guarantee, the participant must satisfy all of the following conditions:
a. The participant must exclusively take trades provided during the official live trading sessions of the mentorship program and must not execute independent, discretionary, or external trades during the six-month mentorship period.
b. The participant must attend at least eighty percent (80%) of all live trading sessions conducted between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM (GMT+1) throughout the six-month period. Attendance records maintained by the program shall be considered final.
c. At the conclusion of six (6) consecutive months from the participant’s enrollment date, the participant must not have earned an amount equal to or greater than ₦5,000,000, which represents the cost of the mentorship program.
d. The participant must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable trading records and any additional documentation reasonably requested to confirm compliance with these Terms.
6.3 Refund Request Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days following the completion of the six-month mentorship period. Requests submitted after this timeframe shall be deemed invalid and will not be considered.
6.4 Review and Verification
All refund requests are subject to review and verification. Satisfaction of the eligibility requirements does not guarantee automatic approval. The program reserves the right to deny any refund request that cannot be adequately verified or that is found to be in violation of these Terms.
6.5 Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe, subject to administrative and payment processor limitations.
6.6 No Profit Guarantee
The mentorship program is educational in nature and does not guarantee profits, income, or specific trading results. Trading involves risk, and individual outcomes may vary. Past performance, examples, or guidance provided during the program are not indicative of future results.
6.7 Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the mentorship program, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and all related Terms and Conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content, materials, and intellectual property provided in the mentorship program, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, strategies, trade examples, and software, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.
7.2 Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for personal, educational purposes only.
7.3 Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from the mentorship program materials without prior written consent from the Company.
8. Limitation of Liablity
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to participation in the mentorship program or reliance on its content.
8.2 The Company is not responsible for any losses incurred in trading or financial decisions made by participants.
8.3 Participants acknowledge that all trading decisions are their sole responsibility and that the Company provides educational guidance only.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
9.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the mentorship program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria.
10. Amendments
10.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10.2 Any changes will be posted on this page. Do well to check it from time to time.
10.3 Registration in the mentorship program constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.
